Shaida Darian is a Business and Organisational Psychologist, interested in the forces that shape behaviour at work, from decision-making and conflict to leadership, collaboration and organisational culture. Her doctoral research examines how different forms of conflict shape group decision-making, particularly when teams need to share and combine information to make better decisions.
